These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Golden State Security Integrations(“Golden State Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the security, electrical, and related services we offer. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Golden State Security provides commercial security integration and licensed electrical contracting services, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and rapid-deploy security camera trailers. All work is subject to a separate written proposal, estimate, or service agreement that, together with these Terms, defines the scope, pricing, and timeline of your project. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, the service agreement controls.

Quotes and estimates provided through the Site or by our team are for informational purposes and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Pricing may change based on site conditions, equipment availability, and the final scope of work. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document or, if none is stated, for thirty (30) days.

Golden State Security performs electrical work as a licensed C-7 Electrical Contractor. All installations are intended to meet applicable codes and standards in effect at the time of work. You are responsible for providing accurate site information and any necessary access or permissions required for us to perform the work.

When you use the Site or engage our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security;
• Obtain any authorizations needed before we install equipment on a property you do not own;
• Comply with applicable laws regarding the use of surveillance and recording equipment in your jurisdiction.

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your written proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to interest and reasonable collection costs as permitted by law.

We stand behind the workmanship of our installations as described in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and hardware as provided by the respective manufacturers.

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the Site and our informational content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. No security system can guarantee the prevention of all loss, theft, or harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden State Security and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Golden State Security Integrations or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and providing a link does not imply our endorsement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden State Security from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
